Senior Information

  • Seniors - remember to complete your Senior Success Checklist
  • Graduation questions?  Please consult the Senior Handbook.  
  • To purchase a senior ad at the discounted price, purchase by Jan. 14.  After this date, if any ad spaces remain, they will be available for purchase at the standard rate on a first come first serve basis.  Space is limited.  Once you purchase your ad, you will have until March 1st to submit your content.  You can purchase your ad through one of the following methods: 
  • Cap & Gown Information: Click here to purchase your cap and gown for graduation.  To borrow a cap and gown, fill out this form by Nov. 7th, using your vsd email address. 
  • Click here to view the Senior Presentation from 10/7/24. 
  • Senior Parent Information Night is via Zoom on Oct. 10, 2024 at 6pm.  
  • Ventura College Application Workshops Part 1 and Part 2: These workshops will happen Friday, Nov. 15th at 10:30am in Spirito Hall and Wednesday, Nov. 20th at 10:30am in Spirito Hall.  Students need to attend both sessions.  
  • Ventura County Community Foundation, or VCCF, coordinates and awards the most local scholarships for students in our area.  They awarded over $1.4 million in scholarships to local students last year.  The VCCF  scholarship application will open on Nov. 8th, 2024.  Click here (and scroll down) to view the "Important Dates" timeline.  VCCF Scholarship workshops are for Foothill students and families: 
    • Wednesday, Nov. 13, 2024 at 11:55am (FIRE/Lunch; no sign up needed)
    • Monday, Dec. 2, 2024 at 6:30pm - Virtual Session for Parents/Guardians
    • Tuesday, Dec. 3, 2024 at 11:55am (FIRE/Lunch; no sign up needed)
  • Senior Awards Night is May 28, 2025 at 6:30pm in the Buena High School Auditorium. 
  • Senior Finals are on May 29th and May 30th. 
  • Senior Check Out is June 2, 2025. 
  • Senior Graduation Practice is June 3, 2025. 
  • Class of 2025 Graduation is on Wednesday, June 4, 2025 at 2:30pm at Ventura College Stadium.
