Current FTHS seniors and recent alumni (class of 2020 - 2025) can request a transcript VIA Parchment. Please use link below:

Foothill Technology High School will only keep records on site for 2 years after graduation. To request records for prior years, please contact VUSD Records Department by calling (805) 641-5000 ext. 1145 or emailing records@venturausd.org

To request Official or Unofficial transcripts/records from Foothill you must:

  • Email a signed Request Form (linked below) and a clear copy of your ID to jean.barrett@venturausd.org.  
  • Fax a signed Request Form (linked below) and a clear copy of your ID to (805)289-0029 Attn: Records
  • Mail requests:  Please include Request Form and an addressed stamped envelope.  Mail the request to:

     Transcript or Records Request Form

For questions or assistance, please call the Foothill Registrar's office at (805) 289-0023 x1005 and leave a detailed message that includes: name of student, date of birth, and contact information. 

For all 3rd party education verifications please email signed release and the request form to jean.barrett@venturausd.org.
