Current FTHS students and recent alumni (2022-2024) can request a transcript VIA Parchment. Please use link below:

Foothill Technology High School will only keep records on site for 2 years after graduation. To request records for prior years, please contact VUSD Records Department by calling (805) 641-5000 ext. 1145.
To request Official or Unofficial transcripts/records from Foothill you may:.
- Call the Foothill front office at (805) 289-0023.
- Fax request to (805)289-0029 Attn: Records
- Mail requests to: Foothill Technology Records Office 100 Day Rd. Ventura, CA 93003
